R & A has always been a small business that caters to home users and small businesses. Usually, we assess the client’s needs and recommend the appropriate system based on what they require; be it at home or in their workplace. We then configure the system to work in their particular environment. We research software for their needs and then install it and train them on its use. We then install networks to share their resources and their data. We do software and hardware support by phone, online or in person. We are available to most of our customers on a 24 hour / 7 day a week basis.
